This is our All-Purpose rub that is full of herbs, spices, and sweet brown sugar to create a beautiful crust on your meat when grilling or smoking. It blends sweetness with the flavors of cumin, chilies , and herbs to make your steak, poultry, pork, or even your popcorn dance with joy in your mouth. This rub is very versatile and has many uses from grilling, smoking, baking and shaking on chips and popcorn. Use it with Beef, Pork, Chicken, Buffalo, or turkey. It also makes fabulous candied maple bacon and mixed with Hefeweizen beer makes awesome beef jerky! We even used it to make Candied maple bacon chip cookies.
Mix with your favorite beer, wine,or liquid, it makes a wonderful marinade
